Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Thank you for shopping with The THRONE Growth Solutions.
Due to the hygienic and personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or unwanted products.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue and make it right.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order before it has been packed, prepared, or staged for shipping.
To request a cancellation, email thethronegrowthsolutions@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your name and order number.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, email thethronegrowthsolutions@gmail.com and include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Please keep the damaged product and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed. Do not return any product without receiving return instructions from us first.
Approved claims resulting from an error by The THRONE Growth Solutions will be corrected at our expense through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Filing a Claim
Claims for damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7–10 business days of delivery.
Claims for packages believed to be lost in transit must be submitted no later than four weeks after the estimated delivery date.
The THRONE Growth Solutions is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist customers with eligible carrier claims whenever possible.
